Is Riyaz Room free?

Yes. Every day you get a free practice allowance with the tanpura, tuner and tabla/metronome, and the Raga Library is free for everyone with no limits. The optional All-Access subscription (monthly or annual) unlocks unlimited practice, the full Riyaz Streak history, every guided tempo program and every taal.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad). Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.

Do I need an account?

No, not for the practice tools. Sign in with Apple is only needed to see your lessons and to sync your practice streak and history across devices.

I'm a SitarBug student. Where are my lessons?

After you register as a student, your Lessons tab unlocks with your class recordings. Sign in with Apple, then enter your student code. If your lessons don't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.

Does the tuner record me?

No. The tuner listens through the microphone only to show your pitch. That audio is processed on your device in real time and is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere.

How do I delete my account and synced data?

In the app, open Settings → Delete my account & synced data. This permanently removes your synced streak, history and note counts from our server. You can also email us and we'll delete it within 30 days.
